There are three pillars of Real Estate sale or rental success, of equal importance, in no particular order:
RIGHT Price
RIGHT Sale Process/Person
RIGHT Presentation
If a property is not selling or renting, then it is always at least one or a combination of those items above.
In this course, we are deep diving into how to accomplish the RIGHT Presentation. In later sections we will discuss the right price and the right selling vehicle or person.
Then, with regard to Presentation, it breaks down again.
Steps you must take must all be in line with the target market expectations so you can:

- Create appeal, which then
- Increases competition for your home
