This course is about 30 minutes at the computer to complete. In addition, in order to get the most amount out of the course, I do want you to spend time completing all the surrounding activities like; talking to loved ones, phoning, planning and completing the additional workbook activities etc - therefore, all the surrounding tasks in addition to clicking through, will take some additional time.

However, you can pause at any stage and there is no rush to complete. If you do pause the course, come back to the course when you are able to continue. The system will know where you were and will take you back to that place.

Please move through each section methodically and try not to move on until you have absorbed the information and completed the workbook tasks.

Most importantly, take the time to think about things as you move through the course . If you have a partner with you at home, see if they will join in, so you can do it together to aid the downsizing journey.
